If you are 5’2 your maintenance even if you are super lean and strong is still only 1600-1800 calories it’s like y’all don’t even look at the calculator

I fought the more sleep for MONTHS. Can confirm, he’s right. I’m sleeping more therefore, lifting heavier and more energy so I’ve been able to add in some cardio 3-4 times a week

I'm 5'5 and my maintenance is 2200... am I calculating this wrong? I go based off my Garmin which usually says around 2300/day. These comments are concerning me
