Why are we as a society so focused on anti-aging??? We age. Walk a couple of miles a day and eat healthy. Lift weights if you can but if not just enjoy each day. Go to Church and have Faith.

I have changed how I operate after seeing a 90 yr old work out everyday at the gym I work at. He looks and acts like he is 60. He is there everyday. Walks for 1km daily and lifts weights daily.
