She has a tbi not sure if ppl know but it changes there ability to handle emotions I know this because it happened to my sister my son didn’t make it but my sister did it’s been 11 yrs and she was 16 yrs old at the time now 27 but still has the mentality of a little kid that unfortunately has a hard time expressing emotions

she’s definitely in SHOCK it hasn’t even hit her yet. The day my dad died I literally went out to eat and it felt like nothing has happened It hit me after his funeral:( it’s insane to assume!

The people judging how she’s grieving is insane. She’s obv on heavy pain meds. Although it’s strange that it was a one car accident, it happens. He coulda been speeding & lost control

If he was driving in rage and there are several witnesses for that. Yes he will be liable for his son’s death. He is also liable if it was an accident and they have proof he was not restrained.
