Cats can’t control their hunter instinct so if they see a pigeon fly by, they just go after it regardless of how high up they are. And plus if they don’t climb up, they don’t know how high they are.

when you bring pets in your home it is your responsibility to make sure they are safe. I think it's a great idea. protect your pets. if it's too expensive perhaps you shouldn't have cats

We just got screens on our windows so we can enjoy fresh air without fear of our cats jumping out. Can’t believe it’s so uncommon to have screens in Europe (we’re in the southwest of France). Especially with mosquitoes. 🦟 Good job, Amanda!
