Completely relate. Goal was to wash the bed and clean up the yard today. Well my carpets are shampooed and I ended up baking bread. The bed stuff is still in the wash and the yard still a mess 😂

Being unmedicated after your diagnosis it really makes you see just how much you struggle sometimes. I start ADHD med #6 tomorrow! here's to hoping it actually works!
