Dell shipping these with Raid on by default should be a crime. I had to go through HUNDREDS of their PCs and change it so they'd boot properly >.>

Removing the CMOS did not reset the boot settings because power was still plugged in keeping the settings. If PC was unplugged while removing the battery, the settings would have reset.
