@blachaz3: Garra rufa, commonly known as "doctor fish." These small fish are known for eating dead skin, and they’re often used in fish spas for exfoliation purposes. They are typically found in natural ponds. The ones here in St Lucia are more cleanly than the ones you would see at a regular foot spa .
