@melmarrazzohall: Barbell bench press🤝 👉🏻 set up is key here, press your feet firmly into the ground, pull your shoulders down & back, & press your upper back into the bench - this will create a slight arch in your back, just make sure your hips stay on the bench 👉🏻grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder width so that at the bottom your elbows create a 90 degree angle 👉🏻un rack the bar, bring it directly above your chest, & from here slowly slower down.
