I heard as a child that: "Our small intestine is approximately 23 feet (the size of a football pitch)" is it spred out size or twisted arround? intestinal is still under 32 feet long 🤷🏼♀️

I watched a live autopsy online years ago and they were very rough putting the bags of organs back in the cavity and sowed back closed quite disrespectfully, is that normal?
