Problem is, the testing needs to be far more specific than this to give you any insight whatsoever into a plants issue. Simple PH probe in inexpensive and accurate.

Depends on what I grow if tomatoes then yes the soil will be acidic but if leafy vegetables it’s alkalinic

Soil should contain both alkaline and acidity; this means that it should produce a reaction in both. If your soil doesn’t react I’d say it’s probably not soil 😉
