you’re wrong about cheat days. they’re a good circuit breaker once a week and as long as you don’t go crazy and just have maintenance if not slightly more, not condoning 10,000 cal cheat days though

I think to look big and lean at the same time, a bodyfat in between 11-15% is ideal, to look leaner you can train your abs directly and your masseter muscles directly too so you look leaner at a higher bodyfat percentage

unfortunately your personal experience doesn't mean it's suitable or relevant to everyone else. Plenty of people enjoy a regular cheat day and make long term progress. Generic nonsense here
