Anyone who is in a relationship or lives with a partner I can guarantee your DNA is all over your partners car. You take groceries from the trunk, wiping snow of the car etc.. that is touch DNA.

it was proven in the 1st trial trooper Paul miscounted the key cycles and it's more likely 1162 cycle is the tow truck.

Don’t forget, the road was covered in snow. Not possible to accelerate to 24 mph while on snow. The tires would just spin and the car would go no where.
