@brush_and_banner: How was this cape painted with only 2 colors? Using a smaller drybrush and thinned down paint, you can create beautiful textured capes and gradients for your Warhammer 40k and Age Of Sigmar Miniatures. You can use most paint brands as well. The key focus is wicking away excess paint on the brush prior to applying. You can also use whatever color combination, as long as you focus on one dark and one light tone. #warhammerpainting #warhammerpaintingminiatures #warhammer40k #ageofsigmar #miniaturepainter #miniaturepaints #citadelpaints #miniaturepainting #ageofsigmarpainting #beginnerfriendly #spacemarines40k #stormcasteternals #armypainterpaints #trenchcrusade
How did you get the base coat, on black to be that uniform? My army painter is like it’s almost too thin and I don’t get solid coverage.

Love your work! Easily understandable ❤️I wish there were more good tutorials for smaller models though. I’m completely new, only been doing this for like 6 months and haven’t finished my combat patrol even. But I picked admech and there’s so many tiny details! And so few good technique/colour/detail tutorials for them. Always space marines 😂 which I totally get why though. Not a criticism at all! You’re awesome!

That looks so much better than those super complicated 5 layer techniques with highlights upon highlights upon washes etc. Really nice work

I think it’s great for large areas, but those smaller ones make it messy and unrealistic.
