Drain and put them in water for a few hours. taste one, if it is still orange then rinse and repeat longer and often and continue until you no longer taste the orange. once the taste is gone or less then you can drain them add some red wine vinegar some herbs like a bit of thyme, pinch of chili flakes a few needles of rosemary. let them sit in that for a day and then you can again drain leaving a bit of the vinegar and the herbs and top covering them with olive oil.
