I am working as security guard we have to follow up management rules and regulations but some rider are looking easy way and trying to break the rules so we have to speak rudely !!

we do respect all in same way but if in security guards there are some rude people also some riders are not willing to follow the protocol. that's why riders mostly says that we are not good with them
