WE don’t cook our steak like this!!!! YOU cook your steak like this!!! Oh and by the way where’s the crust on YOUR steak!!! WE always have a great sear to develop a nice crust!!! AND NEVER MARINATE A STEAK IF YOU WANT TO TASTE BEEF!!! But keep practicing you’ll get eventually!
