As a former 60lbs overweight fat guy, here’s my top 3 tips to start losing weight today! 🍗 Protein - First thing you need to do is up your protein to at least 30g per meal.  This will keep you fuller longer and help maintain muscle during your fat loss.  Having a high protein breakfast helps my clients feel full throughout the day and helps them cut back on night time snacking. 🚶Walk - Next you need to walk at least 10K steps per day.  When I started losing weight I didn’t go to the gym, I just focused on moving more.  I lead a sedentary life and getting out and walking more helped me kick start my weight loss.  Once my clients start moving more they start seeing the result. 💦 Hydration - Last you need to drink more water!  Most people don’t drink enough water.  You should be having at least ½ an ounce to 1 ounce per pound of body weight.  So if you weigh 200lbs you need to have 100 - 200oz of water per day! My trick for getting in more water is to fill up my water bottle the night before and leave it in the fridge.  The first thing I do in the morning is down that bottle, and it is a big one 24oz.
