@itsjayceface: Some people have no issues with these foods but from my own experience and others some signs you may want to look into an elimination diet: •chronic fatigue •unexplained anxiety, depression, rage (gut is the second brain, poor gut health can wreak havoc on your mental and emotional health) •skin issues (acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc) •difficulty losing weight •swelling, inflammation •brain fog •migraines I’m not a medical professional this is just my experience and testimony.
