Returned the small one no heat slight at wrist. Kept inverting the ends of my fingers and it hurt. My pain is top of hand. Had to turn machine upside down to massage top of hand

I have the one with the thumb. I also have a small hand so I can turn my hand & put my fingers through the thumb hole so my thumb can get the massage lol

Nothing except surgery corrects carpal tunnel syndrome. This is also terrible for arthritis. Just advertise to mechanics and people that use their hands a lot, not as a medical tool. This is NOT a medical tool.
