I went to valley of the kings Egipt at 46°... felt the immediate panick attack coming when the water in my hands went hot and felt like I was in front of a fire. went back to the bus immediately..

how do you stop using safety tools all the time? there's this lavender spray thing I use but I have realised I use it too much to the point where it is a safety tool but I don't know how to control it

Panic disorder, general anxiety disorder, agoraphobia + perimenopause in the heat = absolute hell on earth. I’m buying a personal a/c unit to wear on my neck so I survive summer.

I go to an solarium its really hot in there but i know its 15-20min and then i get out it helps me to cope with the heat bevore its everywhere 24/7
