It was a long journey from ruqya to health check until I found out that my nervous system is upside down. Now I’m recovering Alhamdulillah. Breath exercise, umrah, Zam Zam Water, cutting caffein and sugar, weight loss, mindset switch, stress reduction and you’re good to go 👍🏼

CBT can be very frustrating and ineffective. A lot of people find that they can’t “think their way out of anxiety”. But I agree that pairing is with mindfulness and breathwork can be effective.

caffeine intake increases anxiety, which means coffee, tea, energy drinks, Coca-Cola, and pepsi. what you eat and not influences mental healt state, plus lack of regular exercise
