CBT can be very frustrating and ineffective. A lot of people find that they can’t “think their way out of anxiety”. But I agree that pairing is with mindfulness and breathwork can be effective.

couldn't agree more👍 caffeine intake increases anxiety, which means coffee, tea, energy drinks, Coca-Cola, and pepsi. what you eat and not influences mental healt state, plus lack of regular exercise
