I just use Duolingo to keep the words in mind .. other than that I prefer learning by speaking to people & watching movies. I am afraid though that AI is going to replace real teachers on the long run

Duolingo was popular like 8 years ago I feel like people these days choose better apps that teach you more usable phrases and words like Airlearn or Preply

I completely agree - i learned spanish from people. From the classroom to the spanish speakers my my job to traveling, i didn’t once pull up the app to make it happen!

we went through this in my journalism class: AI itself is complicated math and it can’t replace jobs but the people behind it do. but sadly it’s a way of profit for those just looking for 💰

In my case I learned English by paying attention in class, using Duolingo and speaking with people in World of Tanks, a videogame where you need to speak English to chat.
