Psychologist don't understand anyone. A waste of money and time. You're better off reading books. They could be helpful in learning to manage emotions.

I don't blame anyone, but intelligence was never included in equation. I was always jusy told 'severe' ADHD. Was on medication 3 times over 6 months. I kept quitting it. I knew it wasn't the answer.
