As a dental assistant who also has TMJ. I love my night guard. But for a quick fix put your tongue on the roof of your mouth then open as wide as you can. Once you feel like you can’t go any farther

A mouth guard helped so much, getting tmj massages and idk if it's correct but a massage gun to the joint when it's really rough

Go to a chiropractor. Mine had to stick his fingers in my mouth and push on my jaw from the inside… was locked for 3 weeks, and it opened in 2 sessions…
