menstruation discomfort?? a period lasts like 3 days max and it doesn’t feel like anything?? unless your unhealthy being in pain it lasting long or being uncomfortable isn’t normal…? same thing with luteal feeling sluggish and dropping weight your cycle shouldn’t effect how you feel on a daily or weekly basis if it does that’s not normal!!
