I still can’t switch off from what my late dad went through with vascular dementia 💔he passed away 1 year and 3 months ago, I cared for him in his own home 24/7 for almost 3 years, life not the same

Self care is very important hun!! The last year with grandpa became my whole world!! After losing him and going back to my home I wasn’t sure how my life was before!! I would do it all over again tho!
