hey, idk if someone can answer, but i was told that i'm possibly bipolar by my psychologist. on the other hand, i've been recently diagnosed with Borderline, BUT my psychiatrist also recognises my manic episodes... is it possible to be both borderline and bipolar?((

My boyfriend yelled at me for my triggers, called me an overreacter, called me manipulative, said he loved my bpd but right after he said that a day later he yelled at me because of my triggers and made fun of them. i wish he would understand me like how i try to understand him, he doesnt try to understand. Its hard to open up to him without getting scared of him hurting my feelings. i feel so trapped in myself i hide my feelings a lot because of how scared i am about it. I dont wanna be to much.
