Here’s exactly how to join: 1️⃣ You’ll apply to two identical job listings, one at a time. 2️⃣ Submit the same resume twice — but:  • For Job A, add invisible white text (use keywords from the job description in white font on a white background). Add #WHITETEXT next to your name.  • For Job B, do NOT include any white text.
