My order is a black iced coffee. the guy at my Starbucks always opens with "HI MY NAMES ETHAN WHATS YOUR NAME"? Then he proceeds to ask if I want food, suggest sweetener, and asks if I have anything exciting going on. NO ETHAN, IM GOING TO WORK LIKE EVERY OTHER DAY

feel like this is how it should be if you're ordering at the drive thru. if you want a more complex drink, mobile order it ahead of time so you're not needlessly slowing down the drive thru
