Heavy on the “one size does not fit all”. My biggest lesson learned is if it doesn’t work, that’s okay. Try something else. Don’t give up.

Accurate! Grieving your old self. I’m feeling like Humpty Dumpty. I keep putting myself together over and over again. Between RA, psoriasis and GI symptoms is exhausting 🤦🏻♀️🙏🏻

After a torn meniscus surgery, I just found out I have stage three rheumatoid arthritis in my right knee in stage two arthritis in my left knee and now issues on my right hip are showing up making it difficult to walk and I’m only 59
