Melaton 1 is better, 2 will make you orange. You need to lay out ( entire skin needs to be exsposed) 10 minutes each side is all you will need. Only skin exposed will get tan

Definitely works and you don’t have to take much. I think I only took like maybe a couple doses so every time I go in the sun now I get super dark immediately.
