I switched to cup a few years ago and will never go back ever. it is more comfy and very easy to handle. way nicer and cleaner than Tampons or pads and less painfull <3

well my hole is not the same as a plastic tube. it can become bigger en smaller and is not solid but soft so how would it stay.

to any girls scared of this or tampons you can also get in with a pad! i did this recently and didn’t have any mistakes :) i wore a pad and used tissue to cover the 🕳️and went swimming! no bleeding at all the water acc stopped it for a while lol

I do love a cup once it’s in but find it so hard to get it to pop open! I’ve tried different folds but still so hit and miss whether it opens or not 🤦🏻♀️
