Following!! I too have dry under eyes and have YET to find a good concealer. So far I like winky lux at Target. But I wanna try the tower 28, and the nyx bare with me. I also think setting powder or press power could make all the difference too.

Same..the kosas, maybelline, nyx are very good . The milani is great but I wouldn’t say hydrating more matte but beautiful coverage. Haven’t tried tower or saie. Let me know how those work.💕
