The clip at second 15 shows that it was a penalty what do you mean? He tried to keep running after the first contact outside the box but his rear leg was held back so he fell, and that contact was in the box or at least on the line. Ignoring this, it should've been a red card anyways. Accept that or be a golf fan 🤡
