teams need to have 15 spots on their roster, like the NBA, even if the last few players barley play. rhey need to be on a roster, if they don't play that's ok their first year.

They need to have a couple more roster spots on each team, even if those last two or three spots are more like practice players, barring iniury hardship situations.

I think new teams like Toronto and Portland should be incentivized monetarily to sign free agents instead of expansion draftees

I'm sorry but most of the players need skip the draft and play overseas for 3 years then try the wnba. because it's clear wnba puts a premium on overseas experience.
