I've made pretty much full recovery. was in the ER diagnosed with spinal stenosis and herniated disc. couldn't walk for 2 days. I feel great now. never did this stretch. it would bring it back

This guy is right he’s stretching the sI joint under but muscles it’s the only way to get under the but. You must do the middle of the body core lower back hip strengthening this parts of the body it will go away eventually . I had two back fusion I’m better then before the surgery’s. Just don’t give .
