I think I would enjoy your exercise, but can I find in your app some basic exercise for complete beginner with very low mussle and with the ankylosing spondylitis? 🤷‍♀️I feel this could really help my body. I have some skills in yoga, but in my current state I definitely need a lot of simplifying of the positions.
