The process is not being followed. My husband was already in the process of getting status. 10 years here, no record, and us children. They still deported him without a hearing. They said either sign or 2 years in federal prison.

Due process begins at the port of entry, not after the law’s been broken. You can’t defy immigration laws, then hide behind legal protections when facing the consequences. Obey the law first before demanding its privileges.

That’s not true. The man in in Salvador was deported without the legal processing. He has a temporary Visa.
