@helentaylorrr: (AD) ok this was revolutionary…🫐🍵 you’ll need: - 1/2 cup blueberries - 1tbsp chia seeds - 1tbsp honey - 2 cups greek yogurt - 1tsp matcha powder - pistachio granola to serve (recipe on my profile!) method: 1. combine blueberries, honey and chia seeds in a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. place to one side. 2. meanwhile, mix yogurt and matcha together thoroughly until no lumps are left. 3. layer you bowl with matcha yogurt, followed by the chia jam in the centre and serve with pistachio granola (or whatever granola you like!).
