Do you maybe have MCAS? Or another type of mast cell disease? I would look for an allergist who knows what MCAS is so they can check you for it :3

Could be heat related or contact dermatitis. But to be safe get bloodwork done. Ask for inflammatory markers like CRP, sed rate, also CBC and ferritin. To rule out autoimmune and cancer.

If you have any of: asthma, a connective tissue condition like EDS, eczema, interstitial cystitis, etc you could likely have MCAS. It's worth looking into. In the meantime I would try taking an (1)
