vevor copy of the NL wheel stand $130. Buy s used wheel base on FB marketplace for $500 or less. Look for CSL DD 8nm, or a Moza R5. You can go even cheap and get a Logitech 920/23, or 29 for less than $300 but DD is so much better.

moza r5, moza pedals, ebay shifter, ebay handbrake, and ebay frame with seat. can all be achieved under $1000. you'll need 2k comfortably for sim, monitor, pc, k&m for a very basic budget setup.
