In 2025, saying you aren’t deeply ambitious unless you go to an office 5 days a week is the most ignorant and toxic mentality there is. I’ve seen plenty of growth working remote. If you’re great, you’re great-anywhere.

Love Emma but I disagree here, I'm highly ambitious and wfh. I lead teams and have led a business to financial success. It depends on how you mentor/nurture your team, a lot of us have adapted especially in digital/tech industry.

💯 Correct. The best, most ambitious ppl learn through osmosis. They need to watch a problem present itself and experience how it is solved through questions and brainstorming.
