Can confirm. I started flossing daily and it took about a week for the bleeding when flossing to stop and about 1-2 months before the pain when flossing was entirely gone

if you don't see blood when using the water flosser or dental floss or brush anymore. does that mean your gums are back to healthy?

My gums tend to bleed too when I brush my teeth but ever since I switched to an electric toothbrush with pressure sensitivity and a new toothpaste I haven't had those issues
