Girl I graduated this year and I am telling this is NOT your friend I am sure it's not the last time she will do it I had a similar incident at junior year but for me it was a birthday surprise for an other friend but I didn't know I thought we were just hanging at her house out so I was wearing only my pj's and everybody was dressed good they told me last minute about it i felt like and outcast I asked my mom to pick me up and I cried the whole drive I still don't talk to her and still didn’t get an apology.Don't be afraid of losing a friendship that was one sided you deserve much better also create your own little friend group you will realise you don't need her and if one day she came to apologise accept her apology but don't let her think things will be the same

Don't follow her. Get new acquaintances. Open your circle. You can do it, talk with the people you hung up on at the party. You know being alone sometimes gives you time to listen to yourself and get to know you better. Also gives you a new perspective about the people around you. When people are overwhelmed I like to get myself away, and observe at the distance and start to notice who is who.

Please don’t follow her, try not to feel insecure and have lunch with your other friends or sit and read a book. That girl is not a real friend. You will see this in a couple of years much clearer and wiser. Hopefully by seeing you move on it may even make her become a better person cause in years to come she will see how she lost a good friend from her behavior or she may remain the same as an adult.
