Make detailed Plans for everything. Do it because it's on the schedule. No matter what. ✨Become Type A ✨ in all things. Everyday. Schedule quarterly Vacations-at least! Join Clubs that make you do things/meet people. Prioritize rest/self-care. Workout. A lot. Avoid sugar as much as you can.

learn how to tell other ppl when you're overstimulated, having executive dysfunction, etc. you don't have to give everybody details, but "i'm feeling stuck" will help your loved ones understand what's happening in your head and "i have a headache" is an easy white lie for work and acquaintances

If it’s in the budget. Hire a weekly cleaning and/or laundry service. A clean space will do your mental health wonders if you struggle with cleaning and get distracted.

You will go through a grief period. Once you find a routine that works for you whether it’s meds, therapy, etc it can be very overwhelming. You start to feel “normal” and question why no one thought to get you help sooner. You may even think about all that could’ve accomplished or avoided if you just had the right help…sooner…
