John Muir hospital is literally around the corner. People use it as a short cut to get to Treat too and avoid traffic back ups. It'll always be busy.

I’m in Richmond on Carlson Blvd. I’ve had 2 cars totaled parked on this street. People drive at least 65mph on Carlson Blvd. The news needs to come here too. The city doesn’t care either

nothing will happen. dude can deny he was driving, they got his car but can't prove it was him. it sucks but that's how it goes with this type of stuff when there are no witnesses to tie him to it.
