Sir, I am awake because light oil pressure sensor that my car has excessive oil ind the engine, which is why it's idling roughly and not starting. They said I must drain the oil and get new oil and an oil filter before checking the dipstick level. Will I able drive after drain overfill oil on engine?

Oil consumption all depends on many things, however if people would read the manual as a lot of high end cars tell you after so many miles you have to add a quart, so read the manual..

Mine is leaking because of the rear main, I had someone replace the seal but they made it worse

worn valve guides & seals and front & rear main bearing seals as well.

All engines use oil, the problem is now with people believing that you can go 7k-10k miles between oil changes, if not checked you will run low on oil

I had change oil on my nissan and a month later. Car was making weird noises. Checked the oil and no oil was in there. spent a few day checking and trying to find a leak could not find anything. Filled it up again and still running strong. not sure what was caused but I've checked every possible way it can leak and nothing.
