But we can write them down—and later, we might even forget them. 🗣️: Does that play a role? I mean, if we feel something and say it out loud, it’s over in that moment. But when we write it down, it stays—it remains in the book. Whether it’s a cherished memory or just something random. 🌷: Each day is different—for example, today I might think, Wow, I’m really stressed. I can’t think straight. Or maybe I can’t sleep because my mind is full of thoughts. 🗣️: So I write: Today was stressful. I couldn’t sleep. 🌷: It might not seem like much, but just writing it down might help me feel better. Sometimes when we’re overwhelmed, we don’t know who to talk to. If I’m alone in my room, I can just keep writing, writing, writing.
