I got morning routine 1wake up at like 4-5 so if your hungry in few hours 1-2 it goes away then you don't eat breakfast you have water then you go outside for day doing something till 6-7 so when you get back you can go straight sleep and you won't be hungry and you wake up early cause you went to bed early

1 gallon of water is 8lb, yes you’ll lose 5lb really fast because it’s water. Or you can eat every five minutes as long as your calorie intake is equivalent to have one meal on OMAD. When calories are equated fasting is the same as restricting calories. Also routine muscle mass you need to eat enough protein think about getting 160 g of protein in one meal.

I man it it all you have to do is wear what you want and if you still don’t believe me then don’t skip meals just improve your diet/health by eating less NOT SKIPPING but limiting. Drink more water. Don’t tell anyone your trying to lose weight because they will comment on that and say “oh your already perfect” their just holding you back!
