are people forgetting there is something in the contitution theres something called SEPERATION OF CHURCH AND STATE the state cannot amend laws to the church the church cannot amend laws to the state you FOOLS this law is unconstitutional it removes rights of religion

Former catholic and abused child here 🙋🏼♀️they in fact do not care about us. I told my priest and he talked to my mom. She said I was ‘making it up’ and he just believed her and dropped it.

I swore that clergy members were already mandatory reporters in Washington. I was told by someone who was a reverend that she was a mandatory reporter, and that was 7 years ago

if someone confesses to abuse with their lawyer, are we mandating that their lawyer report them, too? I'm not arguing against the law, I'm looking for an answer to the confidentiality agreement.
